Terms & Conditions currently in effect

We wrote to you in July 2025 to inform you about upcoming changes to our Terms and Conditions, effective 22nd September 2025. You can access these updated terms, along with the customer notice explaining the changes, under the heading: “Terms and Conditions that apply from 22nd September 2025”.

We previously wrote to you in 2024 regarding changes to your agreement with us in connection with operational adjustments and enhancements to our services. These changes were introduced to ensure we could continue providing essential banking support while strengthening safeguarding measures for your accounts.

In accordance with our Terms, SBUK retains the right to close your account(s) with 60 days’ notice, and where necessary, to take appropriate steps regarding any outstanding balances or instructions that have not been actioned by you.

The “Safeguarding Terms for SBUK clients” supplement our General Terms and Conditions. Both documents form part of your agreement with us and should be read together.
